TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please make sure to read the terms & conditions below.

  • Following any discussions, Cuisine Excellence will provide a written quotation, on the clear understanding that should the original specification for the event change in any way, it may be necessary to re-estimate.
  • A booking can only be accepted with a written letter of confirmation, together with 20% deposit of the planned event as quoted. We guarantee to reserve a date for FOUR weeks depending upon the amount of notice given before a planned event. Full prepayment of the current quotation is then due ONE week prior to the event. Any additional agreed costs will be billed immediately following the event and payment should be made within 7 days of receipt of such invoice. Cheques should be made payable to CUISINE EXCELLENCE.
  • If cancellation of an event is required, then the following charges will apply:

    – Within ONE month of the planned event – 20% of the total quotation will be due

    – Up to ONE week before the planned event – 50% of the total quotation will be due

    – Less than ONE week before the planned event – 100% of the total quotation is due

  • Should any event run outside pre-agreed times, then additional staffing charges will be made.
  • Service charges are not included, and are left to the client’s discretion.
  • A delivery charge will be made for events outside the Aylesbury area, depending upon numbers catered for and distance travelled.
  • Cuisine Excellence follows HACCP guidelines for food preparation, storage and transportation.
  • Staff are provided for fully-serviced menus, but for canapés, finger and fork buffets, BBQ’s etc we will provide staff at an hourly rate.
  • We are able to provide staff to serve your own drinks for which a minimum charge of £200 will apply, depending upon numbers. Glass hire is also available if required, and we are able to provide full cash bar facilities if considered appropriate.
